Far East Markets Mixed Midday Monday

Econintersect:  Asia/Pacific stock markets, which were the strongest of the three major global areas last weak , are off to a mixed start Monday April11, 2011.  Five markets are up and six are down.

Follow up:

The biggest are Shanghai up 0.7% and Sydney at +0.6%.  The biggest losers are both down 0.6% (Mumbai (Bombay) and Kuala Lumpur).  Tokyo is down 0.5%.
