Far East Stock Markets Trading Mostly Higher Wednesday

Econintersect:  Taiwan (+1.6%) and Shanghai (+0.8%) are leading the way as most Asia/Pacific stock markets are trading to the upside Wednesday morning (April 6, 2011).  Only New Zealand (-0.7%) and Malyasia (-0.2%) are in the red.

Follow up:

Hong Kong is up 0.5%.  The other six major markets are showing gains from 0.1% to 0.3%.  Tokyo is ahead 0.2%.
