All European Stocks Down for the Week except Norway

Econontersect:  On the strength of its position as an oil exporting country, Norway's stocks gained nearly 1% last week (ending March 18, 2011).  The other nine major stock markets in Europe closed down for the week with losses from 0.6% (Madrid) to 4.5% (Frankfurt).  Full data table:
