Econintersect:  Eight of eleven Asia/Pacific stock markets are up in midday trading, but all a 0.3% or less above break even.  The biggest moves are in the three losing indexes.

Follow up:

Seoul is down by 0.6% and Singapore and Taiwan are both down by 0.4%.  After Monday's big day in the Far East, Tuesday and now Wednesday have been very subdued.
