Far East Stocks Negative Midday Friday

Econintersect:  Asia/Pacific stocks are quite negative in Friday trading.  Only one market is up more than 0.1% (Taiwan +0.5%) while seven markets are down 0.4% or more.

Follow up:

Leading to the downside are Jakarta andMumbai -1.2% each while Tokyo is close behind (-1.1%).  Three markets are essentially unchanged.  Shanghai, Singapore and New Zealand all have gains of 0.06% or less.
