Russia Now the "Saudi Arabia of Oil"

Reuters:  When one wants to name the world's largest in anything, let's call it "X", it has been customary to say that the country is the "Saudi Arabia of X."  Well, that's going to have to change.

Follow up:

Russia extracted 10.145 million barrels of oil per day last year, a record since the collapse of the Soviet Union, up from 9.93 million bpd in 2009 and 9.78 million bpd in 2008.  That's 23% more than Saudi Arabia.  Read more at Reuters.....
