Lawler: Housing Market to Improve in 2011

Calculated Risk:  Tom Lawler has forecast new home sales to increase by 14% in 2011 and housing starts to be up 13%.  These increases will be coming off record lows in 2010.

Follow up:

Lawler expects the 2010 slump to continue in the first half of 2011 with a strong increase in new home activity in the second half of the year.  Read more.....
